Tiger King: Review

If you aren’t familiar with the Tiger King, then you really haven’t been spending your quarantine correctly. A new series that has plot twists, backstabbing, and revenge that ran so deep, it drove someone to attempt to have another killed. I mean, President Trump has even talked about the show, and the hilarious memes haven’t stopped filling my Twitter timeline since the show aired!

Tiger King has blown up on Netflix harder than any show I’ve ever seen before. It has been trending #1 on Netflix for 15 days straight, it’s based on a true story of a man named Joe Exotic who is now serving time for hiring someone to kill a woman by the name Carole Baskin.

Joe Exotic took his love for big cats to the next level by opening a sanctuary and park for them and other exotic animals. But, Joe wasn’t the only one with this idea, because in Florida a woman by the name Carole Baskin also owns a sanctuary for tigers and other exotic animals. Unlike Joe, Carole and her sanctuary are in alliance with PETA. Both Carole and PETA, throughout the series, try doing almost everything in their power to bring Joe down by exposing him, his sanctuary, and his business that he built.

With constant feuding, lying, stealing, and violence, Tiger King has been the most interesting and intriguing show I’ve ever watched on Netflix. And the fact that he was only arrested last year over this case, and is currently serving time in an Oklahoma prison for his “murder-for-hire” hit on Carole, makes the story so much more exciting to watch.

Now I don’t want to spoil anymore of the show for you, so you’ll have to turn on Netflix and enjoy it for yourself! This show will keep you on your toes from the beginning to the end! I highly recommend that EVERY person watch Tiger King.
