Returns and Exchanges
Thank you so much for your purchase from San Marvelous! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

All purchases are exchange ONLY and must have a receipt and be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and can only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. 

Sale and swim collection items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To exchange your product ship it to: 326 N LBJ San Marcos, TX, 78666. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you have questions about your exchange/return please email us at customercare@sanmarvelous.com. Include your order number in the subject of your email.
Exchanges are 100% free for exchanges of items that are the same or lesser value.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@sanmarvelous.com and include your order number in the subject of your email.
 
Shipping
We process and ship items in the order that we receive between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday. Please allow 2 - 5 days for processing of orders to be completed. Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping upgrades get processed the same day if placed by 1:30 PM.
Sale Items and Swimwear
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and swimwear cannot be refunded.
